EULA - End User License Agreement

Imortant Notice

This EULA (End User Licensed Agreement) is a legal agreement between Webbyacad and Users (organizations, corporations or individuals) regarding the software (upgrades, modifications, copies, patches, if any) or related documentation (written, electronic form) that Webbyacad has licensed to you.

Clauses & Conditions

Before downloading, installing, or utilizing any of Webbyacad's products, please attentively review the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, do not download, install, reproduce, or distribute the software (including licensed copies). Your use of the software is contingent on your compliance with the provisions of this license agreement.

If you have an underused software package with an unused activation key, you may return the entire package within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund. The terms and conditions of this agreement specify the permitted uses and authorized users for each licensed copy of the software.

Permissible Extent of License

After purchase, you are permitted to use the product's non-exclusive license. Depending on the license purchased, each copy of the software is to be utilised by a single user or multiple users.

• Single User License (Personal License): If you have purchased Single User license, then you can use the software for non-commercial purposes in non-business or non-corporate environment, as set forth in the License Agreement . This license can be activated on a single computer only and is non-transferable to any other system.
• Multi User License (Business / Corporates / Government Organizations / educational Institutions): If you purchase the Technician / Enterprise license of the software, then you become eligible to use the product on multiple computers within one office or different offices located at different geographical location as per the license purchased terms.

License Registration Code

The License Registration Code is a unique file provided by us to confirm your software purchase from us. According to the License agreement, it contains comprehensive information about the license key and the full functionality of the software. The registration code contains Webbyaccad's confidential copyrighted information. You agree not to copy, transmit, disclose, provide, or make available to any third party, in whole or in part, this information without prior notification and permission from Migrate2Office365. You agree to implement reasonable security measures to protect the confidential information provided by Webbyaccad.

Warranty, Disclaimers, and Liability Restrictions

Webbyacad and all of its goods are offered "AS IS." There is no express or implied guarantee of any kind. You will use the app entirely at your own risk. In no event shall Webbyacad or its suppliers be held liable for any consequential, incidental, special, indirect loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the delivery or operation of the program.

General

The license agreement will be governed by the laws of the Indian state of Delhi. All claims connected to this license will be heard in courts in the state of Delhi, India, and you agree to such jurisdiction and venue. Webbyacad does not represent any third party beneficiaries, and this License is a complete declaration of agreement between the subject matter's parties that supersedes all previous understandings, purchases, orders, and agreements.

If any provision of this license is found to be invalid, the parties agree that such invalidity will not impact the legality of the remaining portions of this License Agreement.
